Start your own Primer microschool
The Primer Leader Fellowship is a paid, part-time program designed to help you launch your own Primer microschool. You’ll join other educators around the country working to bring a world-class education to their community.

During the Fellowship, you’ll receive a monthly stipend to compensate you for your time. When you transition to become a Primer Leader, you'll receive a competitive full-time salary, great benefits, additional earning opportunities, and equity in Primer.
You’ll launch and run your very own microschool, empowered by our proven playbook and platform. We supply the tools and expertise; you bring the passion and vision to grow a thriving educational community.
We shoulder all leasing, regulatory, and operational liabilities, removing the usual barriers to starting a school. With us handling the heavy lifting, you can focus on what matters most—teaching.
