Lisandra has 9 years of experience as a K-5 teacher and is also a former Reading/Academic Coach. Her teaching philosophy is grounded on the belief that every child regardless of their gender, religion, color, language or socioeconomic background deserves access to excellent quality education. Nothing brings her more joy than teaching and supporting students. She is the proud mom of a very special boy named Moses. She truly enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors!

Ana Marie Hernandez is highly experienced with 15 years as a certified K–6 educator in the Miami Dade County Public Schools system. Specializing in Gifted Education, ESL instruction, and STEAM programs, she has been recognized as a "Highly Effective Teacher" and the 2020 Teacher of the Year at Southside Preparatory Academy. In addition to her school achievements, Ana has operated a successful freelance education consulting firm for years, providing professional development trainings to teachers nationwide. Holding degrees from New York University and the University of Miami, her educational focus on English and theater contributes to her effectiveness in teaching diverse subjects. In April of 2024, her book “50 Strategies for Summer Engagement” will be published by Shell Education and Teacher Created Materials.
